  1. The villa vitality was great fun when Paul taught us how to dribble the ball how to tackle from another player after we learnt how to keep healthy we shouldn’t eat too much sugar every day !!

  2. It was soo fun,I learnt so much! We learn how to dribble,tackle and control the ball.After lunch we learnt all about healthy eating.We learnt about fruit and vegetables, carbohydrates,dairy and proteins.

    FRUIT AND VEGETABLES:oranges,banana,apples,cherries,ect.

    CARBOHYDRATES:bread,pasta,cereal,ect.

    DAIRY:milk,yogurt,cheese,ect.

    PROTEIN:meat,fish,eggs,ect.

    BY PREET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
