The villa vitality was great fun when Paul taught us how to dribble the ball how to tackle from another player after we learnt how to keep healthy we shouldn’t eat too much sugar every day !!
It was soo fun,I learnt so much! We learn how to dribble,tackle and control the ball.After lunch we learnt all about healthy eating.We learnt about fruit and vegetables, carbohydrates,dairy and proteins.

I learnt a lot about healthy food and I enjoyed the race. It’s not about winning but having fun.

I had fun running the races and dribbling the ball was quite hard and the sambata was hard.
I was running like a maniac! It was really fun though!
I loved it I learnt how to dribble and toe tap and samba tap IT WAS THE BEST DAY EVER.
