You should keep healthy for the following reasons

  • You should keep in shape because people will respect you because you wont become fat
  •  EAT HEALTHY!You’ll be as muscular as a body builder and fit
  • If you decrease too much fat you’ll be as thin as a stick

If you follow these instructions you’ll be healthy and fit BUT if you don’t follow the following the consequences are

  1. You’ll be very obese
  2. You’ll be unfit
  3. No one will like you

So beware.
